Elder Law firm just outside of Portland, Maine, is seeking a full-time associate. We have a 30+ year specialized practice and are looking for a new attorney to join us in continuing to bring expert and compassionate assistance to our clients and their families. Our new associate will work directly with clients and senior attorneys handling all aspects of the file, assisting with estate planning, special needs planning, trusts, probate, guardian/conservatorships, asset preservation, and Medicaid applications, etc. Three to five years of Estate Planning, Probate, or Elder Law experience is preferred, however, we welcome applications from attorneys of all experience levels, as well as those looking to transition from other specialties.
