The Training Director is a great opportunity for the right leader. We are seeking individuals with integrity, a servant's heart, excellence, a growth mindset, professionalism, and flexibility. This individual will be interacting with all team members at the restaurant, therefore, having the opportunity to impact the lives of each team member.

The Training Director will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant; is responsible to train all newly hired team members; maintain the continued training of all current team members; oversee a group of Certified Trainers; complete all required administrative paperwork; and recruit, interview and hire new team members.

The Training Director will prepare for orientation and food safety classes for new team members, create training plans for in restaurant training, order uniforms, track each team member’s training, check in with Certified Trainers, and evaluate team members performance of positions. Requirements/Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in training and developing a team (restaurant setting preferred).
Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
Detailed- oriented/organized.
Strong time-management.
Strong Verbal/Written Communication.
Must be able to handle difficult situations and a diverse team.
Passion for developing people.
Strong leadership skills.
