Highlights/Benefits:

• Non-Profit Trauma Center
• Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments
• Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience: New Grads Welcome
• See patient from admission to discharge
• Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
• See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
• 4/10's Schedule
• 4.5 weeks PTO
• Multiple Insurance plans offered

Bonuses / Incentives:

We are seeking a servant-minded clinician who is passionate about patient care. This role is best suited for someone looking to invest in a career-not just a job-helping patients understand what has happened to their bodies and guiding them through their recovery journey.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• H-1B Visa sponsorship not available
