Job Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented CNC Mill or Lathe Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision components for a range of industries. You'll play a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture high-quality, precision parts that meet engineering specifications.
  • Perform tool offsets, work origin adjustments, and minor edits to ensure machine accuracy.
  • Conduct routine in-process inspections using precision metrology tools to ensure part compliance.
  • Monitor tooling for wear and proactively replace tools to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with lean manufacturing practices.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with teammates to solve problems, support production flow, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship (required)
  • Completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC machinery
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset that supports company culture
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on increased responsibility
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
  • Effective problem-solving and attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) is a plus
