Job Description
Residential/Commercial Construction firm is seeking an experienced carpenter to work on residential/commercial remodeling and new construction projects. Requires 10+ yrs minimum experience in remodeling, new construction, blueprint reading, and estimating. Proven skills in framing, finish carpentry, tile work, drywall, roofing, gutters, concrete, painting, millwork, flooring, siding, grading, interior/exterior trim with knowledge of minor plumbing/electrical/HVAC is a strong plus.
Candidate must possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of all local, state, and federal codes and OSHA standards. Must have reliable transportation. Must have own tools to work on site. Must be able to pass drug test and background check. References required.
