We’re Hiring: Designers I–III | Architecture

From concept through construction, our designers collaborate to bring healthcare and senior living environments to life - places that make a lasting impact on communities.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your level of experience, you’ll:

• Design & Document – Create conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents using Revit (BIM).
• Collaborate – Work with Project Designers and Project Architects to ensure plans, schedules, and details meet design standards, codes, and project goals.
• Problem-Solve – Investigate design challenges, evaluate solutions, and recommend approaches that balance creativity, constructability, and compliance.
• Mentor & Lead (Designer III) – Guide junior team members, review documents for consistency with design intent, and help drive quality across projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Architecture (Associate’s required; accredited degree preferred).
• Designer I : 1–3 years of architectural experience; proficiency in Revit; pursuing licensure preferred.
• Designer II : Several years of experience producing construction documents for complex projects; ability to make independent design decisions.
• Designer III : Significant architectural experience leading BIM efforts on large projects; proven ability to mentor others and solve complex design issues.
