About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Communications to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and leading a comprehensive internal and external communication strategy that is in line with the company's business goals and objectives. This includes overseeing the brand voice, crafting the company story, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. The role also involves managing employee engagement messaging, public relations, creative services, brand management, and social media, with a focus on supporting sales growth, employee engagement, and top talent recruitment. Applicants for the Vice President, Communications role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in communications, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate communications, public relations, and employee engagement strategies, as well as a strong understanding of PR, media relations, and digital and social media. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location, growth-oriented business environment is also a plus. The role requires the ability to partner with HR and executive leadership, and to serve as a trusted advisor on communication best practices and change management initiatives.
