• Setting: Outpatient Clinic (Acute Division)\n
• Contract Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: December 3, 2025\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Shifts per Week: 3\n
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts\n
• Schedule: 3 weekend shifts and 2 weekday shifts per 6-week schedule\n
• Holiday Requirement: One winter, one summer, and one hallmark holiday per year\n
• Floating: Required to float to all similar outpatient units\n
• Cancellation Policy: Shifts may be cancelled with 2 hours' notice\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $690 - $720\n
• Employment Type: Local, W2 (per diem nursing job)\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in outpatient or acute care settings\n
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) required\n
• Ability to float to similar outpatient units as needed\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills\n

\n\nRN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting\n
• Accurately document and manage patient information using EPIC EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes\n
• Float to similar outpatient units to support patient care needs across the facility\n
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
• Deliver compassionate care and patient education to individuals and families\n
