Training Manager / NABIT Coordinator McDonald's McDonald's Owner-Operator with multiple restaurants is seeking an energized individual who has a passion for training and developing crew and managers. Responsibilities Train, coach and mentor new managers, new crew members and existing management/crew members. Identify and monitor training needs in the organization. Design, plan and implement the training programs necessary. Conduct training in the restaurant and classroom settings. Administer the training program and related documentation. Listen to NABIT calls/Webinars, review new and updated procedures. Deploy new items/products to all restaurants. Qualifications Graduate of McDonald's HU or equivalent. Training background or deployment experience in McDonald's is preferred. Proficient in MS Office and computer skills. Highly organized and self‑motivated. Flexible schedule.
