T-Mobile - Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Representative - Springville

Base pay range: $10.00/hr - $17.00/hr

What youll do

• Assist and sell to customers, building loyalty.
• Approach customers confidently, understand needs, and build relationships.
• Answer questions, educate, and offer solutions that lead to sales.
• Recommend plans and products, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Perform all required opening and closing duties.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.
• Maintain store appearance.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast?paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.
• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

• $10.00 - $17.40 per hour (includes hourly wage and potential commission).
