Spa Facialist

Service Delivery

• Perform facials, skincare treatments, and other esthetic services based on client needs and spa menu offerings.
• Offer expert skin consultations, analyzing clients' skin types, conditions, and concerns.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment regimens to clients.

Customer Experience

• Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor throughout their visit.
• Provide education on skincare routines and spa services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns professionally and ensure they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Hygiene and Safety

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to spa protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Follow all state and local regulations for skincare practices.

Product Knowledge

• Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare and esthetics.
• Upsell spa products and services that align with clients' needs.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with promoting spa services and events.
• Support other spa operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess a current state license as an Esthetician.
• Experience: Prior experience in a spa or similar setting preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to customize treatments for individual clients.
  • Time management skills to perform services efficiently.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a serene spa environment with soft lighting and relaxing ambiance.
