Job Description

We are looking for a talented curious and driven Social Media Coordinator to grow a robust online presence for our brand. Your role is to drive growth and build engagement on our platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube and LinkedIn through developing photo and media content that incorporates recent social media trends for our leading brands on a daily basis. As a Social Media Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience effectively.

This position requires organizational communication creativity analytical and leadership skills to manage multiple projects that meet client needs. It also requires collaboration with other Media team members such as the Traditional Marketing Manager Digital Marketing Manager brand specialists and paid social ad specialists.

Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firms goals and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in the firms branding across all social media channels including tone of voice visual identity and messaging.
• Oversee all aspects of brandingincluding internal branding initiativesand manage the firms merchandise strategy inventory and distribution to ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.
• Create engaging and informative content (such as posts stories videos and graphics) for various social media platforms.
• Manage the firms social media accounts including daily monitoring posting and responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Monitor social media trends tools and applications and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about legal industry trends and news to curate relevant content for our audience.
• Implement strategies to attract potential clients through social media.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote firm events or special promotions.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location:  On-site in Miami Lakes FL

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST or 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST

Salary: $60000.00 $65000.00 per year (based on experience)

Qualifications :

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
• Experience with social media marketing
