Responsibilities:
• The Physician Recruiter will source physician candidates online and offline.
• Carry out strategic recruitment plans.
• Optimize search tool usage to refine candidate sourcing abilities.
• Collect and document candidate data and all communication in one database.
• Establish hiring goals including time frames and deliverables.
• Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages.
• Collaborate with hiring managers.
• Develop strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Employ effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare recruitment of physicians, physician assistants or nurses
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, search tools, job boards and candidate databases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Deliver consistent high-quality results.
• Be organized, conscientious and focused.
• Use time and resources effectively and efficiently.
