Overview

Second Shift Warehouse Associate: Part-Time job at Johnstone Supply. Minneapolis, MN. 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member - Bloomington, MN. The hours for this position are 3 pm - 12 am. This individual will ensure the efficient operation of the store by accurately and safely receiving, processing, and storing incoming products. Prepare, pack, and scan products for pick-up and delivery.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• Required: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: 6 months experience in warehouse operations in a wholesale environment.
• Preferred: Experience driving a forklift.
• Preferred: Experience with computer or barcode driven inventory management systems.

Job Knowledge and Skills

• Warehouse Operations: Basic computer skills, including inventory management systems and office software (e.g., email, browsers).
• Basic math skills to manage inventory (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures to organize and identify products and communicate with coworkers.
• Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 pounds.
• Skill in operating heavy equipment, including delivery vehicles, forklift, pallet jack, and order picker.
• Strict attention to detail.

Physical Demands: Regularly lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds; climb and balance on ladders and equipment; walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; reach, push, pull, and manipulate. May lift in excess of 100 pounds with mechanical assistance or coworker assistance.

Work Environment: Most work is in a warehouse environment without air conditioning, may include hot and cold temperatures, dust, dirt, and noise.

Travel Expense Reimbursement

Compensation

Pay Range: $22-$24/hr. This pay range applies to all applicants. Placement within the range is at the discretion of the employer and based on candidate's qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
