Welcome to Sharkey's Cuts for Kids Rockwall. The salon is looking for someone to manage the salon and uphold the outstanding experience the salon hopes to provide every customer. Salon management is not required, but interacting with kids, parents and providing outstanding customer service is!

The salon is a fun and often fast-paced environment. No early morning or late nights. Regular, predictable schedule. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is looking for people who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, a positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet, and engage all guests in conversation.

We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members. JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to hire, lead, coach and train team for performance and salon goals. Operate Point-of-Sale software system. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Ability to work with kids. Organize employees shifts. Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering. Report directly to ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years experience. Able to work weekends.
