Salon Manager Job Opportunity

Responsibilities of the position:
Open-close
Payroll Team building (Interviewing, Coaching, hiring and firing.)
Operate front desk
Join BNI Manage social media and marketing outlets.
Shampoo and blow dry (occasional).
Have technique & product knowledge.
Know how to retail.
Learn services and prices.
Be able to book and read the schedule.
Organization of laundry.
Ordering retail and stock other salon items (coffee/tissue/soap/etc.)
Tracking where clientele comes from/ Benchmark numbers to grow
Organizing events.
