We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to drive our global Salesforce implementation and help scale our business processes. This is a hands-on role with direct impact, cross-functional collaboration, and room to grow. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a global Salesforce implementation to support business growth. Configure and customize Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation. Design and implement scalable processes aligned with Salesforce best practices and third-party tools. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and translating them into technical solutions. Provide day-to-day user support and deliver professional, timely resolutions. Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and continuously optimize the system for efficiency and productivity. Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience. Proven project management experience with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end. Strong data management and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
