  • Provide direct feedback and psychoeducation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication, and recovery planning.
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and addiction counselors to support integrated treatment planning.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate care and review progress.
  • Ensure timely (within 48 hours) and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, medication management, and case planning in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide healthcare education for patients and families regarding disease prevention, recovery, and relapse prevention.
  • Consult with psychiatric and medical colleagues as needed for complex cases.
  • Uphold professional standards of care, confidentiality, and compliance with federal/state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Medical Director.
