What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee office operations, resource management, and workflow efficiency.
  • Guide the design and execution of major landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
  • Ensure all projects meet the firm’s standards for quality, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in the local and national design community.
  • Collaborate with other office leaders to share best practices and elevate project delivery.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the Austin office.
  • Represent the firm as a thought leader in industry panels, conferences, and publications.

Who You Are

  • A charismatic leader with 12–15+ years of experience in landscape architecture and a portfolio of large-scale, award-winning projects.
  • Licensed Landscape Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit,
  • Passionate about design excellence, sustainability, and community impact.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a forward-looking vision.
  • Well-connected in the Austin development and civic community.
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, with a focus on design integrity and technical precision.
