Join our growing team as an Onsite Property Manager leading a thriving 100+ home manufactured housing community in Eugene!

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Property Manager or Community Manager who can take charge of day-to-day operations, build strong resident relationships, and keep the community running smoothly. This live-on-site position includes a 2-bedroom home with all utilities paid — perfect for someone who loves being part of a community.

Position Highlights

  • Job Title: Onsite Property Manager / Community Manager

  • Location: Eugene, OR

  • Compensation: $35,000 – $42,500 DOE + Free Housing + Paid Utilities + Bonuses + Benefits + 401K

  • Housing Provided: 2 bed / 1.5 bath home with appliances, washer/dryer, and dedicated office space

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage rent collection, leasing, applications, and compliance in line with company policies and state regulations

  • Build strong relationships with residents to create a safe, welcoming community environment

  • Supervise maintenance operations , conduct regular property inspections, and ensure work orders are completed

  • Coordinate landscaping, groundskeeping, and vendor partnerships for upkeep and seasonal projects

  • Partner with vendors for pool maintenance and utility operations

  • Prepare reports, manage notices, and maintain accurate records

  • Stay current on housing regulations and participate in required property management training

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, community management, or apartment management

  • Experience managing manufactured housing, mobile home parks, multifamily, or storage properties preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and property management software

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

  • FREE Housing: 2 bed / 1.5 bath onsite home with appliances and washer/dryer

  • Utilities Included: Electricity, water, sewer, garbage, cable, and internet

  • Salary: $35,000 – $42,500 per year (DOE)

  • Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and mileage reimbursement
