Professional Profile:

Professional with experience in operational leadership, site administration, and team management. Strong ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and with negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Must have proven experience in operations at Miami Airport (MIA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all operations within the airport location.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), revenue, schedules, and quality of service.
• Maintain relationships with airport authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the team of supervisors and staff, including training and performance reviews.
• Handle VIP client issues, agency requests, or airline-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety, biosecurity, and access protocols.
• Guarantee the daily functionality of services such as front desk, cleaning, and logistics.
• Prepare regular reports for the general management and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in airport operations at Miami (MIA)
• Technical or university education in Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics, or related fields.
• Skilled in personnel management, conflict resolution, and KPI tracking.
• Intermediate - advanced English required
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, reports).
