Camp Horseshoe, one of Wisconsin's premier residential camps, is a spirited, sports-oriented boys camp that emphasizes participation, healthy competition, and a well-rounded summer experience.

We are currently seeking a highly organized office manager to assist the administrative team during the summer.
Job Responsibilities: This person will be the first person of contact when visitors arrive at camp, so it's imperative you enjoy interacting with people and working in a team environment.
Help collect and process camper and staff forms and paperwork
Return phone calls and messages
Support Leadership staff with office tasks
Managing the daily camp schedule including appointments, meetings, phone calls, activity periods, birthdays, etc.
Working efficiently in software and online-based programs like excel, google drive and others.
Ordering and managing office supplies

As with any role at camp, having a desire to work with kids is a must. Experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
