We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Part?time Office and Account Coordinator. As the Office and Account Coordinator at Fusion Dance Centre, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of families, responding speedily to all customer issues. As one of our most visible representatives, you are the Director of First Impressions! Your 6?star customer service will help us to foster happy and loyal customer relationships for years to come. This is an in?person position. Must be available to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3?8?pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30?am?1:30?pm from September?June, with varying summer training hours based on availability in July and August. Estimated Hours Per Week: 25 hours. Office and Account Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and take messages Contact customers for past?due balances Collection Calls Respond to emails Manage mail correspondence Greet clients and visitors Help maintain office calendar Assist with invoicing Perform data entry and filing tasks Perform other clerical tasks as needed Office And Account Coordinator Requirements And Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of administrative or clerical experience Experience making calls and answering calls Experience with QuickBooks software a plus Computer proficiency Experience with Google Drive/Google Docs Organizational and time?management skills Basic math skills Calm and professional appearance Salary: From $20.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Schedule 5 hour shift 4 day work week Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3?8?pm Saturday 8:30?am?1:30?pm Weekend availability required COVID?19 considerations Masks are optional for customers and employees.
