Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with a Music Endorsement or eligibility.
3–5 years of teaching experience preferred, particularly in elementary and middle school settings.
Demonstrated knowledge of effective music instruction methods and the ability to implement a standards-based music curriculum.
Experience in general music education, vocal/instrumental instruction, and performance preparation.
Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment that supports student creativity and musical growth.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Familiarity with instructional technology, including Google Apps and Google Classroom.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien
