Position OverviewThe Marketing Director for Gotcha Covered plays a pivotal role in driving execution, shaping marketing strategy, creating brand awareness and local lead generation for the brand. This role partners closely with brand leadership, franchise development, and franchise owners to ensure effective marketing execution across all channels. This leader will deliver measurable results through systems-driven execution, rigorous performance tracking, and collaborative alignment with cross-functional partners.

This leader will build scalable marketing systems, and turn strategy into measurable results — bringing structure, accountability, and creative discipline to how we run the offense.
