About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its financial management, revenue generation, facilities operations, and community relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Artistic Director and the Board of Trustees to ensure that the organization's mission is achieved. Experience in financial planning, and fundraising, and a strong understanding of digital media best practices are essential. The candidate must be a key spokesperson for the organization, advocating for the arts and enhancing its visibility in the community. The position demands a leader who can work in close partnership with the Artistic Director, and the Board of Trustees, and who is adept at fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and professional growth within the staff.
