Reporting to the SVP and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the **Manager of Operations Business Analytics** will be responsible for providing leadership, expertise, and operational efficiencies for the entire division of operations through data-driven strategies. Working in collaboration with other divisional directors, the manager will gather and analyze operational and financial data to implement strategies for continuous improvements in productivity and growth. The Manager will support the COO in financial management by assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, growth projections, business plans, monthly reports with budget variances, volume analysis, and productivity. For the division of operations, the manager will be responsible for managing the Administrative Residency Program and taking on special projects related to optimizing operational and financial efficiency, and performance by using data insight for evidence-based decision-making. The position will oversee the collection of business metrics of the departments and team members that perform these functions will report directly to this position.
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**
+ Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 4 years of progressive project management and leadership oversight experience.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executives.
+ Able to focus on long-term goals while managing day-to-day operations.
+ Ability to exercise initiative, creativity, and courage.
+ Confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including patients/ family, co-workers, providers, physicians, and administration.
+ Knowledge of information technology and management information systems.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite tools, including analytics platforms, PowerBI, Visio, Tableau, WAVE, and other analytics platforms.
+ Highly proficient in creating dashboards and custom reports with knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation.
+ High energy, strategic thinker with a track record of executing with strong analytical with critical thinking abilities.
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:**
+ Demonstrated ability to deal with fast-paced, team-oriented, often changing, and dynamic work environment
+ Ability to work comfortably in organizational ambiguity and lead process innovation to provide clarity for teams and other stakeholders
+ In-depth knowledge of finance and business development is strongly preferred.
+ Familiar with a Metrics-based approach to management that incorporates the ability to communicate expectations, and monitor and discuss results in financial performance, quality, and satisfaction.
