Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individuals, families, and groups to address diverse emotional and behavioral needs.
• Perform detailed assessments to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients dealing with addiction and mental health concerns.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.
• Partner with team members to continuously elevate the quality of care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in your state.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong diagnostic and interpersonal abilities.
• Adept at collaborating within a team or working autonomously.
