Job Description
Our client is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join the team. You will lead a team of 40+ in the pre-litigation process, ensure casework is executed with precision, efficiency and empathy. You will manage & monitor a high performing team, drive quality outcomes for clients and identify opportunities to streamline and scale operations across the board. This is a team that values precision, speed and care. They are currently building a top-tier legal operations equipped with cutting edge technology to serve clients with humanity. This person will play a critical role in growing and shaping this team to meet the demands of rapid national expansion.
What you will do:
Lead, coach, and grow a team of legal operations professionals across a range of functions
Oversee key pre-litigation workflows-including claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow-ups, and lien resolution
Drive quality and throughput across high-volume personal injury caseloads
Collaborate cross-functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Maintain high-touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders
Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centered service

Skills and Requirements
5 years of experience in legal operations, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settingsStrong people management experience - leading large teams (30+)
Ability to communicate effectively both internally with the team and externally with clients
Passionate about building scalable systems to improve access to justice
