**About the role** As a Lead GoLang Developer, you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable backend systems that power critical applications. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. **Work model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Regardless of your working arrangement, we support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the design and development of backend services using GoLang. + Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. + Develop APIs and microservices to enable modular and flexible integrations. + Containerize applications using Docker and deploy solutions on AWS. + Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and security best practices. **What you need to have to be considered** + 10+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 7+ years in GoLang. + Strong expertise in system design and architecture for scalable applications. + Hands-on experience with MySQL for database design and optimization. + Proficiency in Docker for containerization and AWS for cloud deployments. + Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture. + Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems. + Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. + Knowledge of security best practices for application and infrastructure. **These will help you stand out** + Experience with PHP for legacy system integration. + Background in healthcare or payment industry domains. + Understanding of HIPAA, PII, and PCI DSS compliance standards. + Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $134,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
