RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to support the development and delivery of digital customer-facing learning materials. This role collaborates with subject matter experts and design teams to produce engaging instructional content for a dynamic product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and launch customer-facing instructional materials using Articulate 360 and video production tools
Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible language tailored to diverse audiences
Manage content reviews and iterations with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain organized libraries of instructional assets from development through release
Ensure quality hand-off and compliance with design control standards
Track and report progress using established project management practices
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent project management abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
