The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Duties Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and repair of equipment. Perform equipment repairs as needed, ensuring all work meets safety standards. Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites; valid driver's license required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Experience Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
