Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team! In this role, you will primarily install/replace heating and air conditioning systems in residences and commercial establishments. You have past experience being a HVAC Installer and hold an EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working on a team, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities: Replace and install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring Duct cleaning Qualifications: 3 years experience as a HVAC Installer Experience doing changeouts (Heat Pump, Mini Split, Package Unit, Furnace) Valid Drivers License with clean driving record EPA Certification Experience brazing, with at least 1 year of brazing indoors (air handler/evaporator coil) Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 70 pounds Nice to have: 1 year of experience as a HVAC Service Technician Benefits/Perks Competitive hourly rate bonus (per job) Health benefits Boot allowance Career Advancement Opportunities On-going training Drinks and snacks6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
