Description Join Our Team as a House Manager at The Arc Western Montana! The Arc Western Montana is hiring a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our group homes supporting adults with developmental disabilities. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide a dedicated team of caregivers while ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for the people we serve. You’ll provide direct care, support clients with daily activities, and coordinate essential services that help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.
