Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Support Tier II team member to assist with managing and optimizing a newly installed Ubiquiti WiFi system at an upscale RV resort in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This contract position offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and requires hands-on expertise in Ubiquiti hardware and software. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve connectivity issues, and provide training to internal staff on system operations. Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve WiFi connectivity issues to ensure seamless network performance. - Deliver on-site technical support to residents, addressing their concerns and providing solutions. - Train internal staff on the fundamental use and management of Ubiquiti systems. - Suggest and implement improvements to optimize the Ubiquiti WiFi network. - Configure and maintain Ubiquiti access points, controllers, and related tools. - Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users. - Adapt to a flexible schedule to provide support during evenings and weekends. - Ensure a dependable and reliable presence while working independently. Requirements - Proven experience with Ubiquiti hardware and software, including configuration and troubleshooting. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with non-technical users. - Ability to train staff on the daily operations and controls of Ubiquiti systems. - Expertise in diagnosing and resolving WiFi connectivity issues. - Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear manner. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. - Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques and end-user training.
