Full Charge Executive Housekeeper (5-Star Service) Manalapan, FL Our clients seek an experienced, full-charge Executive Housekeeper to manage their stunning Manalapan residence. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional or a Yachtie looking to transition to an elevated, land-based role. The principals require a highly motivated, self-starter with an impeccable 5-Star Service Mentality who excels at working alongside a dedicated team to maintain a fine home and provide the highest level of service. Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the general and specialty cleaning of the residence, including daily walk-throughs and tending to the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms immediately each morning. Manage the current Housekeeper and 3 x weekly cleaning service, leading by example with an "all hands-on deck" attitude. Serve as the administrative right hand to the Director of Residences, especially during their travel, assisting with various organizational tasks. Provide informed care of specialty materials and surfaces (e.g., antiques, artwork, marble, brass, china, crystal, silver, and fine linens). Care for all household laundry, including handwashing, ironing, pressing, and steaming. Maintain a detailed dry-cleaning log. Follow and update the Trello maintenance and project lists and strategically plan deep cleaning and organizational projects when the family is traveling. Use the wine management app to maintain an accurate inventory across multiple properties. Prepare cocktails and other beverages for the principals and guests; train the other staff on how to properly mix a cocktail. Assist with the graceful serving and clean-up for dinner parties and other events. Maintain and care for fresh flowers throughout the residence. Run errands as requested and maintain effective communication with the Director of Residences and the entire team. Qualifications Prior, verifiable experience in a similar position within a private home, luxury hotel property, or yacht is mandatory, demonstrating a commitment to offering five-star service. Demonstrated ability to proficiently mix cocktails and serve beverages with poise. Professional demeanor and appearance with a positive, pleasant, and unflappable personality. Must be highly discreet. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and superior cleaning skills, including expert knowledge in the care of fine materials and furnishings. Proven ability to work well as part of a team and lead effectively. Superior communication skills; strong English is required. Schedule Generally, Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm with the necessary flexibility to work additional hours, based on the principals' schedule and events Thursdays and Fridays off. When the principals travel, you may switch to a Monday to Friday schedule if you prefer. Salary and Benefits Excellent salary of $60-$65/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
