Executive Housekeeper Beverly Hills, CA (Immediate Start) A private residence in Beverly Hills, California, seeks a highly experienced and professional Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping and laundry team of the household. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, leadership ability, and deep knowledge of caring for fine garments and furnishings. The client would like to hire in early December, starting before Christmas or January 2nd. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of two additional housekeepers, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization are consistently maintained Oversee the care and maintenance of fine clothing, including proper laundering, hand washing, steaming, ironing, and wardrobe management Ensure appropriate care and preservation of luxury furnishings, delicate materials, and specialty finishes throughout the home Establish and maintain efficient housekeeping systems, schedules, and procedures Communicate effectively with other household staff to ensure seamless service and discretion at all times Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper in a high-end private residence or luxury hospitality environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comprehensive knowledge of fabric and garment care and high-level housekeeping standards Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Mature, professional, and discreet demeanor Must be able to commence employment immediately Excellent references required Schedule: General hours Monday Friday, with some flexibility needed Compensation: A competitive salary, from $55 to $65 per hour will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
