National Network Services- Estimator Pre-Construction – Cabling, AV and Security:

Role: This role reports to the Pre-Construction Manager

\n

 

\n

Location: Denver, CO. 

\n

 

\n

Pay: $60,000-$80,000/yearly depending on experience

\n

 

\n

Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Estimator Pre-Construction as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the Pre Construction manager. This employee should have a high level of knowledge with MS Excel, Word and Bluebeam. RCDD or equivalent certification is desired but not required. Must have min of 5 years’ experience in Structured Cabling, Audio Visual and/or Security. Experience in the form of field installation is preferred.

1. Estimating\n

   1. Monitor new bid opportunities and work with the management team to identify targets.
   \n
   2. Prepare complete estimates including review of all specifications.
   \n
   3. Work with our distribution channel to secure project pricing.
   \n
   4. Prepare project proposals including scope of work narratives and pricing responses.
   \n
   \n

   \n
   1. Suggest improvement processes for the preconstruction group.
   \n
   2. Assist Project Managers with change order pricing when needed.
   \n
