My client is a mid-sized law firm specializing in education law, representing school and community college districts throughout California.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Litigation and/or administrative process experience, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings; experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials a plus.
• Experience with IEP's, IDEA & Section 504 hearings/conferences/mediations, due process hearings, student claims & investigations
• Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
