Dedicated Reefer Team Truck Driver

Average Pay: $1,450 - $1,800 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders welcome!

Overview:

• Transport fresh produce using reefer trailers.
• Handle 100% hand unloads with pallet jacks.
• Complete 3-5 loads weekly with 2-3 stop-offs per load.
• Drive primarily through AZ, CO, TX, and WA.
• Enjoy the company of your pet on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Earn mileage pay alongside hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Receive weekly performance bonuses.
• Participate in a paid orientation program.
• Accumulate paid time off after 6 months, plus enjoy 6 days of holiday pay annually.
• A yearly bonus opportunity of up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Must be a pre-formed team.
• Holding a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Dallas, TX or Fort Worth, TX.
