The Associate Director of UHS Operations provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for the operational functions of University Health Services (UHS); is responsible for developing and implementing business plans that enhance service delivery, improve the patient and customer experience, and ensure financial sustainability; oversees a multidisciplinary team and supports clinical and ancillary services through operational optimization, budget planning, IT coordination, contract management, and compliance with regulatory standards; provides direct oversight of several UHS departments, such as Emergency Medical Services, Pharmacy, Student Health Insurance, Laboratory Services, Radiology, and Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities include:
Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications: Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of relevant experience, includes 5+ years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Certifications: None.

Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $86,300.00 - $129,500.00.
