We are growing in Virginia, and looking for part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, center-based setting. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Accurately collecting and recording data on client progress during each session

• Assisting with the development of age-appropriate skills

• Collaborating with a clinical team to review outcomes and adjust strategies

• Creating a positive, engaging, and safe environment for learning and growth

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• RBT certification (preferred, but not required-training provided)

• Previous experience in ABA therapy, education, psychology, child development, or related fields is a plus

• Must be able to pass a background check
